Detroit techno veteran Robert Hood will pay a rare visit to Texas for a night at Austin's Kingdom Nightclub on Friday, January 23rd.
The new year finds Hood as busy as ever. Along with the release last month of a three-disc compilation celebrating his label M-Plant's twentieth anniversary, he's been touring extensively. This Austin gig (along with a set in San Francisco for Icee Hot's last-ever party) marks a brief return stateside in between numerous dates across Europe. UfunKtion will be hosting the night's proceedings, and an opening set will come from Flying J's, AKA residents Jon(E)ric & Jeff.
