  • The long-running CLR Podcast has ended with an 80-minute live recording from label boss Chris Liebing today. The weekly series has run every Monday for the past six years, hosting label acts like Drumcell and Terence Fixmer, Ostgut Ton mainstays Marcel Dettmann, Norman Nodge and Ben Klock as well as veterans like Carl Craig and Speedy J. All 315 episodes are still available to stream on the CLR site. Those looking for regular updates from Liebing are in luck. He'll replace the traditional podcast with something "very direct and a little more personal, something you could call an audible DJ diary of life on the road," according to the voiceover on this week's final instalment. In the new series, Liebing will post a weekly 60-minute excerpt of a DJ set with some minimal commentary on how he was feeling that particular evening—and in the spirit of the new endeavour, this week's show is an excerpt from a recent set in Montreal. The new podcast will launch next week, and you can stream this week's below.
