- The Toulouse festival will host a series of free events at the Parisian museum this summer with the likes of Stephen O'Malley and Zaltan.
Les Siestes Electroniques will return to Musée Du Quai Branly in Paris this July and August.
Located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, Musée Du Quai Branly displays collections of objects from African, Asian, Oceanian and American civilisations. For the fifth consecutive year, Toulouse's Les Siestes Electroniques festival will take over the open-air auditorium, inviting artists to revisit the museum's audio collection. This year's edition will kick off on July 5th, with performances from Aïsha Devi and Eric Chenaux.
The following week, Jericho will perform live after a DJ set from SUNN O)))'s Stephen O'Malley. On July 19th, the museum's auditorium will welcome Aymeric de Tapol and French beatmakers Animalsons, while on Friday, July 26th, DJ sets will be provided by some Ed Banger affiliates and Marble's Para One. The final session will happen on August 2nd with a DJ set from Antinote boss Zaltan and a performance by French band François And The Atlas Mountains.
All events are free. Registration opens every Monday prior to the event on Musée Du Quai Branly's website.
