RA’s top five has made a few temporary changes for this week only. Due to the number of awesome parties on this long weekend it is a top ten, plus it’s being published on Tuesday to give you all extra time to decide which events take your fancy.

1) Surface @ Luna Park – Rasoul, Richard F, Gene Ferris. 3 world class DJ’s, supported by talented locals John Wall, Jon Hardy, Ken Cloud and Young Jase, all spinning magic in the Aussie sun overlooking the Sydney harbour; need we say more..

2) Slinky @ GAS/Bohem – It’s not often we have three internationals at two parties in Australia, but UK superclub Slinky has giving those that like it hard a real treat. Garry White, Taucher and Mario Piu will all be blowing the crowd away.

3) Infusion @ Zen – This quality Australian live act will be supported by locals Andrew James, Craig Obey, Paul ‘flex’ Taylor, Sheriff, The Jackal, Seven & Elroy. After gaining recognition all over the world, these guys are definitely worth seeing whilst in Sydney.

4) Freestylers @ SOS – After their spectacular gig last boxing day, one can expect no different from the guys who have being created for the revival of breaks and are adored the world over for their unique sound. Other DJ’s belting out fine tunes in the Sydney sun will include Kid Kenobi, John Wall, Q45, Kavi-R, Stephen Ferris, Sing and Andy P...

5) Judge Jules @ GAS/Bohem – One of the most well known DJ’s throughout the world, he has headlined some of the worlds biggest parties like Creamfields & Homelands, whilst also playing regularly at Gatecrasher, Godskitchen & Slinky. The fact that he has sold more CD’s than any other DJ shows his music is popular the world over. Local stars Andrew James, Ben Korbel, Martyn Allen Mark Dynamix, Abel, Alex Taylor, Kate Monroe, Craig Obey, Young Jase, Declan Lee and Rackus will keep the party rocking.

6) Pnau @ HOME GWS – This awesome outfit have made an impact on the whole world with their original blend of deep house tunes”. Another great local live act to check out this weekend. Mark Dynamix, Nick Law, goodwill, Andrew James, Ben Korbel, Stephen Ferris, Mike Dotch, Emme, Farj & Paul Fraser [garage pressure] will also be on the bill.

7) Breakdown @ HOME – The ‘live’ act trend continues with melbourne outfit Nu-Breed breaking down the walls at HOME this Sunday. Other local breaks legends Kid Kenobi, Q45, Mako, Nick Toth, D-Cypha, Pitty the Kid, Goodwill + heaps more will also be giving the foundations a good shake.

8) Equinox @ Sega World – Trance at it’s best with an “old skool vibe”. World famous Israeli outfit Infected Mushroom will headline the bill, that will have underground trance fans drooling as it includes Lun Orbit, Luke Psywalker, Jamin, Gill Paradox and a whole lot more.

9) Lucien Foort @ Plastic – The Dutch Maestro of all things tech-Progressive, Lucien is a regular at both Gatecrasher and Cream in the UK and has also had the people rocking at the German Love Parade.

10) Premium @ Dendy Bar – Offering something a little different this weekend in “Top shelf 2step & UK Garage”. DJ’s Farj & Paul Fraser [Garage Pressure], Q45, Sheen, Emme, Rhizome [Live], Young Jase.

Have fun choosing were you'll be spending your hard earned $$$ this coming weekend.
