Members of the well-established techno collective will appear in LA, San Francisco and San Diego.
Droid Behavior will play gigs in three Californian cities over the couple of weeks, starting tomorrow in their native LA.
Over a decade of "eating, sleeping and shitting techno" has earned Droid, the collective helmed by Raiz and Drumcell, a sturdy reputation in LA and throughout the worldwide techno underground. Associated acts like Truncate have launched successful solo careers as the crew continues to throw well-attended parties in their home city.
Traveling US promoter Dirty Epic has taken notice. They'll present tomorrow's LA event focusing on artists from the crew's label arm Droid Recordings at a TBA location tomorrow night. Kyle Geiger headlines that one, with Truncate's Audio Injection project and Raiz on for support.
Droid has set up its Bay Area and San Diego shows with the help of Bay Area techno promoters Robot Ears. Drumcell, Truncate and Raiz are booked at SF club Mighty on July 31st. The next night, the two collectives team up in San Diego at Spin, where Halo and John Kaberna join the staple Droid acts.
Tickets to the LA, San Francisco and San Diego shows are available on RA.
