DJ Stingray debuts in NYC

- The Drexciyan DJ will headline at Mutual Dreaming this month.
- Mutual Dreaming will host the New York debut of DJ Stingray at a TBA Brooklyn location on Friday, July 31st. DJ Stingray, born Sherard Ingram, is known for his hard-edged electro sound and rather athletic mixing style. The Detroit native also founded the Urban Tribe collective, a group that once included Carl Craig, Moodymann and Shake Shakir. He's also toured as Drexciya's official DJ. Ingram will play in New York for the first time ever this month thanks to Aurora Halal, who organizes the much-loved Mutual Dreaming parties and their associated record label. Rounding out the bill is Vereker, Phil Moffa (playing live) and Halal herself. It goes down at an undisclosed loft location in Brooklyn. Tickets are available on RA.
