Berlin Atonal will revive its long-dormant record label with a compilation EP landing on August 31st.
Berlin Atonal Vol. 3 is the German festival's first release since 1984. In that year it released volumes one and two, both of which captured live performances from Psychic TV, La Loora and Z'EV at the festival's 1983 edition. The third installment features six recordings from Berlin Atonal 2014. There are two recordings apiece from Cabaret Voltaire (the outfit's first live show in 20 years) and Abdulla Rashim in addition to contributions from Miles Whittaker and Fis. Berlin Atonal Vol. 3 will be released on triple-vinyl in a limited run of 700 copies.
