  • Two new releases are in the works for Marco Shuttle's label Eerie Records. Eerie has been home to much of Shuttle's trippy long-form techno over the past few years. The label has also hosted appearances from a few fellow Italians—Donato Dozzy, who teamed up with Shuttle under the name Anxur, and featured on a track on his Visione LP, Domenico Crisci and Healing Force Project—along with international artists Joey Anderson and Pangaea. Next up on the imprint is Michal Wolski, a Polish producer based in Warsaw and the founder of Minicromusic (as well as a member of the city's Technosoul crew). He's been recruited for an Eerie EP called Unthinkable Otherwiseness, whose three tracks are described in a press release as "classic 808 drum set meets futuristic hazy drones, pads and deep bass lines." That one's due out in just under two weeks. Shuttle himself will follow with Sing Like A Bird (Reprise), which packs a new "Reprise" version of his well-loved cut "Sing Like A Bird," originally issued on Time To Express in April of last year. We're promised a "less lyrical" and "a more groove-oriented and psychedelic edit." On the B-side will be an older (but until now unreleased) track, "Back Here." This record is scheduled for release in late October. For now, check out an exclusive stream of samples from both tracks below.

Back Here Eerie will release Unthinkable Otherwiseness on September 11th, and Sing Like A Bird (Reprise) on October 26th, 2015.
