- A batch of the Nigerian musician's LPs will see fresh release through David Byrne's Luaka Bop this November.
David Byrne's Luaka Bop label has revealed plans to individually reissue William Onyeabor's albums.
Many of the Nigerian electronic music pioneer's solo albums appeared bundled together on two separate boxsets issued by Luaka Bop in 2014. Prior to that, the label kicked off its reissue campaign with Who Is William Onyeabor?, a best-of compilation which brought the reclusive Nigerian musician fame in 2013. The solo albums, including Tomorrow, Anything You Sow, Atomic Bomb, Body & Soul and two versions of Crashes In Love, will be made available to buy individually on November 27th. They'll be presented with their original artwork.
