- The 1989 album, recorded as Final Cut, will get a re-release in February.
An album from Jeff Mills and Anthony Srock's industrial techno outfit Final Cut is getting reissued by UK label We Can Elude Control.
Deep Into The Cut was first released by Full Effect Records in 1989, before Mills left the project. The upcoming reissue, remastered by Rashad Becker, makes the album available on wax in its entirety for the first time. According to We Can Elude Control, which is run by Emptyset's Paul Purgas, the album brings together "the classic industrial aesthetic and the emerging sound of Detroit techno in the late '80s." It'll be available on double-vinyl in February 2016.
