Alix Perez and Ivy Lab are coming together for a new EP on February 26th.
Arkestra marks the first time Ivy Lab—the trio of Stray, Sabre and Halogenix—have appeared on Critical Music since the launch of their own record label, 20/20 LDN, where they've pushed a slower sound more influenced by garage and broken beat. Perez, meanwhile, recently collaborated with EPROM for the Shades EP. The new record touches on all aspects of each artist's sounds, with classic liquid drum & bass rollers and slower hip-hop beats too.
