DDS has announced its third Shinichi Atobe release—an album called World.
Demdike Stare's label first unearthed The Butterfly Effect, an LP of unreleased material from the obscure, Chain Reaction-associated Japanese producer, in 2014. Last year, they reissued his one previously-released record, Ship-Scope, which earned an RA Recommends stamp. Now the label have found more new material in the form of the 40-minute LP World, which was apparently recorded "some time in the last 20 years." It's six tracks long and limited to 300 copies pressed onto red wax. You can listen to clips over at Boomkat.
