RA’s Sydney top five is back to it’s usual format this week, still giving u the low-down on the best parties this coming weekend

1) 05.oct.2001 - Rowan Blades @ Berlin Bar – Rowan Blades [aka Breeder] will be playing @ Sydney's self professed progressive club, Sweetchilli [temp move to Berlin Bar] on October 13th. After his hugely successful gig at the greenwood hotel on his last visit one can only expect him to blow lovers of progressive music away. Will be supported by Sweetchilli’s masters of all things prog - Trent Anthony, Caspar & Crispin.

2) 05.oct.2001 - Toasted @ Dendy – A breaks party with a great vibe that supports local talent, DJ’s Gav Fisher, Luke Glenday & Jay Walker, Illya, Mike Dotch & Ajax will all be tearing down the walls with some quality tunes.

3) 04.oct.2001 - Spring Elevation @ HOME – For all the under 18’s who want top class club music ‘not the watered down version’, then grab your latest pair of trainers, put your P’s on the back of Dad’s car and head to the city. DJ’s Nik Fish, Peewee Ferris, Bexta, Spellbound, Andrew James, Jonathan Wall, Paul Holden, Chester, Team Rocket and Reflux.

4) 05.oct.2001 - Plastic @ Zen - For all your hard trance needs, plastic provides us their weekly residents ripping up some crazy hardcore beats.

5) 06.oct.2001 - Homebar @ Cockle Bay Wharf – After the demanding [on both body & wallet] exploits of the recent long weekend, sitting on the waters edge with a few quiet largers has many merits.
