  • Sustain-Release has finalized the lineup for its 2016 edition, taking place from September 16th to 18th. The weekend festival will return to the Catskill Mountains for the third time this fall, though it's moved down the road to a different nearby campground. New additions to the main stage bill include New York house veteran Honey Dijon, White Material mainstay DJ Richard and live techno scientist Phil Moffa. Over at the smaller stage, run by Brooklyn dance spot Bossa Nova Civic Club, they've added live sets from Antenes as well as festival co-founder Aurora Halal and Lovers Rock label boss Ital. Huerco S is also booked for a late-night DJ set, with S-R residents The Long Count Cycle opening up the room. Saturday's daytime activities will take place in a forest clearing on a pond nearby as well as the Bossa stage. DJ Sprinkles will deliver an "intimate lecture" entitled Secrecy Wave Manifesto, followed by sets from the 1080p label crew as well as Anthony Naples and Bristol house head Shanti Celeste. There will also be an ambient stage set up inside of a tent with selections from Matt Werth of Rvng Intl., Adrian Rew and Brian Sweeney. The new additions round out a lineup that already includes Optimo, Lena Willikens, Container and DJ Stingray. Camp Kennybrook is only a few minutes driving from where Sustain-Release has been held in the last two years. It's a members-only event, meaning only those who attended the first two years are allowed to purchase tickets for themselves and a guest. Those tickets went on sale today at 2 PM EST.
