One Perfect Day, a Lightstream Films production, starring Dan Spielman (The Secret Life Of Us), Leeanna Walsmann (Star Wars), Kerry Armstrong (Lantana), Nathan Phillips (Australian Rules) and Abbie Cornish (Monkeys Mask) hits Australian cinemas February 2004. In November 2003, however, the soundtrack will be released nationwide through Universal Music Australia.
The movie is about a young man called Tommy Matisse, a classically trained DJ, who returns from the Royal Academy of Music in London back to Melbourne after the death of his sister. Based around the club scene, the soundtrack will feature some great cuts from local and international acts alike. Artists such as Paul Van Dyk, Fat Boy Slim, Underworld, Paul Mac, The Dust Brothers, Groove Armada, Moby, Orbital, Photek, CJ Bolland, Lamb and Josh Abrahams.
