Eomac and Kangding Ray will also contribute remixes to the new Polish label, run by We Will Fail and Jakub Mikolajczyk.
A number of experimental techno artists will contribute remixes to the first two EPs of a new label, Refined Productions.
It's run by Aleksandra Grünholz, AKA the experimental techno and visual artist We Will Fail, and Jakub Mikolajczyk, who runs the MonotypeRec label and MonotypePressing, the Warsaw-based pressing plant. The first release for Refined Productions is a four-track EP by Grünholz called Schadenfreude, with remixes from Ziúr and Eomac. It will be released in January.
The second 12-inch, another four-track EP by Grünholz, will feature remixes from Peder Mannerfelt, M.E.S.H. and Kangding Ray. It's called Very Urgent and will be out in March. Grünholz's visual work appeared at this year's edition of Unsound, a festival at which she also performed in 2014 and 2016.
