Arne Schaffhausen is a 26 year old dj/producer from Germany. He is one half of Midimiliz and Spirallianz, with project partner Wayan Raabe. With each project they released two very successful albums, countless singles and compilations worldwide. Together with Marcus C Maichel from X-Dream they run the famous project, The Delta, with a new album scheduled for next year.
Arne Schaffhausen will be performing for the first time in Australia on Friday 19th December, where he will no doubt lay down tracks from works of The Delta, Midimiliz and Spirallianz. The sound of Spirallianz marked a new dimension of psychedelic trance. Beats building in force are the name of the game, filtered drum loops and soaring lead synths complement the efficient use of the sonic spectrum, to get an idea of what you're in for!
Tickets for the event are available for $25 + booking fee and can be found at Euphemism, Strange Days, 188D, Ministry of Style and Passion, or $32 on the door. The party takes place at Passion at Vault 8, Flinders Lane.
