The Nextmen will be making a trip to Australian shores for a short tour, bringing with them their forward-thinking hip hop productions and an abundance of records and CDs. The tour coincides with the launch of their second long player, 'Get Over It', and funnily enough it should be a celebration as early on in the making it was scrapped altogether to start afresh.
Dom Search and Brad Baloo make up this exciting duo who have impressed not only hip hop lovers but gained respect from industry heavies such as Tim Westwood, Public Enemy, Groove Armada and Eminem with a discography to make anyone cry like a baby. One thing the boys have done is keep their feet on the ground, close to their roots, in which their music is derived.
Soundbunker at C-Moog, Byron Bay, has secured a set from the boys as they will be mixing on 4 decks, 2 mixers and a CDJ alongside locals Dave Dog (Resin Dogs), Noodles and Wallopalooza on Wednesday February 18.
