  • After such a successful debut at Fabric in April, the ‘FreQ Nasty Video Experience’ is making a return and will extend its influence outside London club walls and throughout the UK and even to Budapest. On 17th June he's back in London at Cargo to once again create the show that combines decks, FX, live MCs and a multi-screen VJ show. Set to feature animation from some of the worlds best design talents including “…Jamie Hewlitt’s Zombie Flesh Eaters, the Brothers Mogg from Weta Digital (the New Zealand team who animated Gollum for the Lord Of The Rings trilogy), art director Cindy Lee (the last film she worked on won a Palme D’Or at last year’s Cannes Film Festival) and a host of other cutting edge Graphics and text heads twisting up shit to create a new format for these troubled times.” The project described by FreQ as “the visual equivalent of Michael More and Public Enemy getting pissed on the set of Monsters Inc. during an anti-globalisation riot. This is going to be a truly innovative live experience." Also, in August, Skint Records release 'Sil Num Tao' the third single from ‘Bring Me the Head’ of Freq Nasty. Featuring a mix by Phil Keiran. Video Nasty Experience dates 17 June Cargo - London 18 June Cini Trip Festival - Budapest 25 June Glastonbury 2 July Stealth - Nottingham 16 July Glade Festival - Reading 17 July Blowpop - Bristol 29 Aug TDK Cross Festival - London
