We're always listening to the demands of our readers, and once again we satisfy. The Croft Institute have kindly let us know that Dexter will indeed be playing at their establishment on Friday 9 and 16 July.
Don't come expecting the normal Dexter show though! Dexter's alter ego Anak will be playing at the Croft, meaning he'll be doing whatever he wants, playing with some new styles and just having fun. Dexter himself explains, " I got heaps of shit I haven't played out, these nights are a good excuse to get silly, just like the St Kilda Bowling Club days". Expect him to cross all paths from Moroccan headhunting music, Latin barbeque songs a little bit of unsafe hip hop and dirty Drum n bass.
If you're a Dexter fan, or keen enthusiast of sets with variety and flair, get along to these to The Croft in July to hear Anak. If the night receives good support, you just might be seeing Anak there more regularly!
