Coco Machete, the US label inspired by ‘the cities and the islands’ has announced that it will be hosting an online sale encompassing its entire catalogue.
This will mean that some of the latest label projects including the first Coco Machete CD Mix compilation, ‘A Night Called Thatch’, which will be hitting wide global release this September distributed through Studio Distribution and Word And Sound. The CD has been timed up with the new club night of the same name which takes place monthly at The Sullivan Room in Greenwich Village NYC. The last two events have seen the diverse DJ styles of Lance ‘Land Shark’ DeSardi and Pal Joey, whilst this month they have Dominque and Wool (aka The Glass) in the hot seat.
The label has a host of new 12” projects including the new DJ Lottie release entitled ‘Supakilla’, recently licesnsed from her label Missdemeanours Music in the UK. Following that will be the Chicken Lips' remix of Land Shark's ‘Tie Me Up’ previously unavailable outside of Europe.
Coco Machete is making waves, and now is a good chance to find some bargains from the rising label.
