The exciting crew at Toolroom Records have been making waves amongst house music circles over the past 12months which has culminated in a nomination for best new house label at the forthcoming House Music Awards.
Their next release will come from the creative brains of James Algate, Punkrok as the hot little 12” ‘Sweet Child’. Spending his time running the UK operation for Godskitchen and Djing at the Babooshka nights his time spent in dance music circles has rubbed off and he has now according to the PR, released “ A tribal beauty is the best way to sum this up. Replaying the hook from the legendary Guns & Roses track of the same name he slides the familiar guitar loop over a chugging drum riddled beat. It’s sassy, sexy and has enough bounce to lift any dance floor.”
In the box of Ibiza touring DJ’s Erick Morillo, Steve Lawler, Nic Fanciulli and Pete Gooding aswell as played by Fergie on Radio 1 is always a good indication of good times ahead. So keep an ear and eye out for the next Toolroom release later this year.
