After the tragic scenes that many of you will have witnessed from Jamaica as Hurricane Ivan has ripped through the area helping hands have been offered from around the world, but one dance music group looking to help is the popular Jamayka/Funk’d Records stable.
For the next few weeks, they will be giving 10% of all jamayka.com shop proceeds to a relief fund to help these poor Jamaican people recover from Ivan. Not a gimmicky sales pitch, but a genuine cause for concern. Ra urges you to get your hands on some good music and help the Jamaican families affected by Hurricane Ivan.
