  • The next installment from the impressive Mob Records '2 Systems / One Country' comes from two highly skilled ex-pats now located in Hong Kong. Ricky Stone, who is RA’s latest columnist, has certainly been around the block once or twice. After DJing for the best part of two decades and producing for nearly an entire one of those, Ricky made a name for himself in the early 90s in his hometown of Sheffield where he eventually went onto regularly play for Renaissance. Joining Ricky in the studio is Dan F who gave up his career as a globetrotting... Geologist (not everyone is born straight into DJing you know) to start Disuye Records. Their release following Mob's last journey into bass with Breakfastaz 'Kick It/ Green Light', and is two tracker for the progressive heads. Already getting massive support from CDR with the likes of James Lavelle, Adam Freeland, Meat Katie, Steve Gerrard and radio plays from Steve Smart on Kiss FM, keep an ear out for this release. Review on RA shortly.
