One major focus of upcoming tour rumours with the New Year rapidly approaching is DJ James Zabiela (UK). Would he or wouldn’t he be making the trip to Melbourne?
His appearances at the Renaissance NYE Ball at Space and Field Day at Domain in Sydney have already been covered in RA news. However, what was unknown was whether he would be making the pilgrimage to Melbourne on New Years day with the rest of the internationals. Sadly Zabiela’s booking company Excession are reporting that he will actually be appearing at Sunshine People at Mulberry Park in Perth, not Sunshine People in Melbourne as originally hoped.
Tickets for the Renaissance NYE ball are available through www.sounds.net.au (for $75.90 incl. bf) and unfortunately Field Day tickets have already sold out. Earlybird tickets for Sunshine People are currently available from all the usual outlets for $65+bf and will soon be $85+bf once that round has gone. Those of us in Melbourne will just have to keep our fingers crossed for a gig at a later date.
