  • This years Good Vibrations Festival had a very innovative lineup with well established names like Moloko, curiosity acts like FREE*LAND, and DJs who aren't so well known in Australia like Rob Da Bank. The lineup for 2005 promises to be just as good with a load of live acts and DJs who haven't been toured here before, or that you're busting to see a second time. The tour takes in the major capital cities over two weekends in February. Live Acts announced so far include Scissor Sisters, Mylo, Arrested Development, Handsome Boy Modelling School ( feat. Dan the Automator & Prince Paul ), DJ Format & Abdominal MC, Bent, Amp Fiddler, and Lyrics Born. DJs on the bill include Layo & Bushwacka!, Jacques Le Cont, Ben Watt (Everything But the Girl), Bugz in the Attic vs Jazzanova, Rob Da Bank, Lazy Boy Sound System, DJ Patife & Cleveland Watkiss, Max Sedgley, and Blood & Fire feat Rankin' Joe. MOre acts and DJs,including the local support, will be announced some time in the future. Limited early bird tickets cost $69 + bf and go on sale on Friday 3 December. After these sell out general admission tickets will cost $89+bf. The event is for 18+ only.
