Known for his breakbeat stylings teeming with flavours of tribal and acid house, Lee Coombs is ready to serve up a hearty meal consisting of fat and crispy breakbeats, scrambled acid licks and chunky basslines served with a glass of tribal juice - indeed it is a Breakfast Of Champions. Lee has also teamed up with the finest breakbeat chefs - Andy Gardner of the Plump DJ's, Jem Panufnik from Soul Of Man, and Dylan Rhymes to deliver this fine meal with Lee's takes on classic and new dishes such as New Order's Crystal and Time Of Your Life by housemaster chef Oakenfold.
RA caught up with chef Coombs in between preparing this fine meal for a chat about the new album and his plans for serving this fine meal in the future.
