  • With house label Sentient’s debut release ‘Rhythm Revolution’ by Decon & Darryl Windham receiving good press and getting hammered on the systems of top clubs their next release of hi energy progressive is due. Label manager Justin Garrett, who also looks after Steve Lawler’s Harlem and works for Plastic Fantastic, has unearthed a new talent who rose to fame with the Heineken Thirst Competition. Hollands Anigye (pronounced: a-NI-djee) a.k.a. Stijn Halfens, after 10 years of DJ-ing entered the Heineken Thirst Competition with his debut production, and won. As a result, he was invited to DJ with Paul Oakenfold, and they played together at Paradiso, the temple of music, in Amsterdam. Sentient’s next release ‘NL Boost’ sees Anigye team up with the Audio Architects (aka Laurens & Hugo). Already receiving support from top jocks keep your ear and eyes out for this one out soon.
