  • After a long delay, a world tour, and a move to Melbourne, Stigma Recordings has finally opened its doors with its first release, ‘Lost in Vegas’ available through EDM Digital. The original mix was thrust onto the International stage when it was featured by Hernan Cattaneo on John Digweeds KissFM show back in 2003. Since then, the collaboration between Stigma boss Ryan Papa and Canberra DJ Jeff Drake has been locked in the Stigma vault until it was recently given a touch up by Ryan. The release also includes a second remix by Ryan that focuses on a more stripped back, percussive, bassline driven groove. Both mixes can be purchased from EDM Digital by clicking here EDM Digital. Over the course of the last year, Stigma has been quietly signing some amazing new music including tracks by Paolo Mojo, Can Costa, Nukes and Theburleybeatfarmer. There is also a number of Ryan's new tracks forthcoming including his recent collaborations with local dj Miguel as well as Don Patrick and Can Costa on the Stigma/RA tour back in 2003. All the above material will be released later in the year on vinyl as well as digitally. The Stigma website is now officially live and provides you with information about the label, the artists and all kinds of other weird and wonderful things.
