  • News to lighten the heart of breakbeat fans is the announcement that the old crew of Out of Order will reunite for one night on Sunday 24 April (ANZAC day eve) at their old home of The Lounge. It'll be a one off event, and not to be missed if you were a regular, love your breaks, or just enjoy a party vibe. Out of Order ran for over three years as a weekly Friday night breaks event at the Lounge at then for a short stint on Thursdays. Their early roster gave exposure to many of the breakbeat DJs in this town and they hosted internationals such as Hyper, Soul of Man, Tayo, 10Sui, General Midi, Stereo 8, John Stapleton, The Nextmen, Young Einstein (Ugly Duckling), and Terry Atomic Hooligan just to name a few. In a special one-off long weekend event, the night's three long-standing residents Flagrant, Ben Shepherd and Nick Thayer will wind back the clock and re-live the glory days. Get along and join the fun!
