- Armand Van Helden drops his new artist album 'Nympho' in time for summer.
Armand Van Helden had a huge 2004 with his 'New York: A Mix Odyssey' release dropping a number radio and dance floor friendly tunes which again brought him to the forefront of peoples minds. He has always had a knack of fusing elements of rock and house to get feet tapping from house heads. Many of you will remember shaking it at some stage to 'Hear My Name' and 'My My My' over the past 12 months.
Next in the pipeline is his upcoming artist album 'Nympho', which will see him again combine his winning rock and house formulas. Hooking up with a variety of unknown New York vocalists and performers and Armand himself plugging in his guitar, this album features title track and album opener 'Nympho' to the huge hooks of 'When The Light Goes Down' and new single 'Into Your Eyes'.
This CD/2xLP release will be out through Southern Fried in July.
