  • The 2005 Nokia Connecting Beats competition winner has been announced, and Melbourne producer Blueprint aka Glenn Rogers has taken the prize with his song "C'mon". You can have a listen to "C'mon" on the Connecting Beats website, via the link below. Blueprint has been producing for almost 10 years in Melbourne, and is well known for his energetic, funky and fun live PAs. He recently thrilled the masses when supporting Chris Carter and Matrix at 33&1/3 at the Hi Fi Bar in Melbourne. He can also be seen regularly at breaks parties like Beats Working. With a busy live schedule already locked in and a 12" release set for the second half of the year, Blueprint is taking it up to the next level in 2005. The annual Terminal 9 tour which provides an excellent showcase of beats, breaks and drum'n'bass returns this year with a huge lineup! Playing will be Mix Master Mike (Beastie Boys/ 3x World DMC Champion), Pepe Deluxe, Loose Cannons, Salmonella Dub, Kid Kenobi & MC Shureshock, Concord Dawn, Shapeshifter soundsystem, Koolism and poxyMUSIC with more to be announced. Hopefully Blueprint will be in that lineup too! Tickets for the Terminal 9 tour are $40+bf and available from Ticketek and the tour dates announced thus far are shown below. Well done Blueprint!
