  • M83's Debut Album M83 will be re-issued on September 6th, 2005 through Mute Records. Anthony Gonzalez, the remaining member of M83 has also announced his Fall Tour Dates including a slot at the Austin City Limits Festival and to headline the KEXP benefit show (John in the Morning at Night) on Saturday, October 1, 2005 at Neumos in Seattle. Mute North America will domestically release M83's self-titled and self-produced debut album on September 6, 2005. Originally released by the French label, Gooom in 2001, "M83" introduces the group as the original 2 piece: Anthony Gonzalez and Nicolas Fromageau who later left M83 after the 2nd recording, "Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts" (Gooom 2003, Mute 2004). This summer, M83 toured with Moby throughout Europe and has played various European festivals including Glastonbury.
