Good news for the Athens club scene with the announcement of a new night, the Blend Project, a collaboration between Trust Entertainment and QBase, two of the biggest names in Greek dance music circles.
Beginning late October, the nights will take place at the Gagarin Multistage (Liosion 205) and will feature some of the most high-profile names in techno including Dave Clarke & Justin Robertson, DJ Rush, Ben Sims & Misa Salacova, Adam Beyer, James Holden, Sven Vath, Richie Hawtin and Marco Carola.
For the first night, on Friday October 21st, the Blend Project will present the Collabs Tour with Chris Liebing and Speedy J. It will be the first time Greek audiences will have experienced the pair's live set, which involves the duo manipulating, morphing and rearranging loops and sounds made in their studio sessions together.
Other confirmed nights include Terry Francis on October 27th and Umek & Valentino Kanzyani on November 12th.
