After another successful Bank Holiday stint, Cross Central returns to Kings Cross to welcome in 2006 on Saturday 31st December. This New Years Eve special will see 8 rooms of music on show including the Key.
The Victorian Warehouses that are Canvas, has played host to some of UK house music’s seminal moments. Hard times in 1994 threw a party that embodied the house music of the time with an all star line up including Tony Humphries, Roger Sanchez, Todd Terry, Kenny Dope, Louie Vega, Barbara Tucker and more. Since then the space has welcomed some of the worlds biggest DJs for two decades of hedonistic parties and this New Years will see another huge line-up of artists showcasing their talents within the confines of this converted space.
Headlining the event will be a special 9-hour musical journey provided by two of the most talented DJs to come from the Gallic region; Laurent Garnier and Francois K. For the first time ever they will blend their expansive sounds in a back-2-back performance all night in the Main Room. 2many DJs will bring their blend of party fulled fun to Canvas 2. Away from the main room Canvas offers 7 rooms of music including The Key which will be hosted by FAITH and headlined by Ralph Lawson (20:20 Vision), Terry Farley, Stuart Patterson & Dave Jarvis.
