  • Upping the anti in what is firmly planted as one of London's leading underground (nope not only physically - but in musical stylings) clubs, Fabric was the first nightclub in England to have it’s application for a 24 hour alcohol license approved. Fabric's General Manager, Dan Coshan had this to say.
"We received our license on August 16. Although we will not be changing our operation initially, apart from the later serving of alcohol, it will hopefully increase recognition of Fabric as a late night venue."
Fabric's round the clock drinks license came into effect today, as the country turns over a new page in drinking history stepping away from the previously locked down 11pm drinking laws. A hot topic of debate in newspapers, on tv and various other forms of media, of late but only time will tell if these new longer drinking hours prove to be better for the drinkers and the public alike not to mention the clubs, bars and restaurants.
