  • Ken Jordan & Scott Kirkland who combined make the up The Crystal Method have been pushing an original electronic sound for over a decade. Having delivered three studio albums, two mix compilations and a hugely successful live and DJing formula the guys have built up a huge global following through productions and performances. Having grown with the scene, there isn’t much the TCM lads having done. Adding another string to their bow they have been asked to mix the sound track to upcoming feature film London, something they are clearly very excited about:
"We're so excited and inspired by scoring this film. We feel this is some of the best work we've ever done. We had an incredible time working on this film. It was a joy to create a score for a film with such an original story and such great actors. To have the soundtrack as the first release on our own Tiny E label is like icing on the cake."
Their passion for collaborations is well documented, having worked to great effect with huge rock bands so it’s no surprise to see the duo blending their own new original studio creations with offerings from some of their favourite artists including Evil Nine featuring Toastie Taylor, Hyper, Troy Bonnes, The Out Crowd, Connie Price & the Keystones and The Perishers. Produced by the team that created Spun, the film is an outrageous series of cocaine-inspired adventures centered around a trendy New York loft party. Jason Statham plays, a stock-broker/cocaine dealer recanting his outrageous sexual deviancies to Chris Stevens' Syd character who is reminiscing about his failed relationship with Jessica Biel's character title London. The Soundtrack will be out on January 24 through The Crystal Method’s own Tiny E Records. However, RA has been given access to listen to the title track ‘Smoked’ in a special online preview.
