Fatboy brings Palookavision to Brixton Academy

It takes an artist of huge stature, or a combination of quality artists, to fill the Brixton academy on a night, with any open spaces clearly evident in the South London multi purpose music venue. Luckily for Fatboy Slim, and the ‘Palookavision’ party he has planned for December 16 & 17 at the venue, he is one of the biggest pulling names in electronic music and he has carefully selected artists that will compliment his style.

The monster video wall returns for a special two night format of Fatboy Slim (aka Norman Cook) madness. The aural/visual Palookavision wall (and accompanying Palookavision smiley specs) has impressed at some of the worlds biggest festivals this year including Glastonbury, Fuji Rock and Electric Picnic so expect a similar WOW factor as he creates arguably the world's biggest DJ booth.

Support DJs and set times over the two nights will take shape as below:

Friday 16th December 2005
Full Event Info
9.00pm - 11.00pm - DJ Yoda
11.00pm - 12.30am - Scratch Perverts
12.30am - 3.00am - Fatboy Slim

Saturday 17th December 2005
Full Event Info
9.00pm - 11.00pm - Giles Smith
11.00pm - 12.30am - Ashley Beedle
12.30am - 3.00am - Fatboy Slim

The only open spaces on the night may be in the ticket booths as the event heads for a sell out. And for the first time ever the balcony will probably have the best view.
