Full lineup announced for Earthcore in the Park

  • This years Earthcore in the Park will cover the usual acts such as Infected Mushroom, but also boasts four other stages devoted to a hip hop, hard dance, tech and electro beats and d'n'b.

  • It is just over a month until the Earthcore In The Park Festival takes place on Monday 13 March (Labour Day Holiday) at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne. The Festival is an excuse to end the end of summer with an outdoor party kicking off at midday and featuring a diverse range of internation and local DJs and live acts. Now establisjed as an annual event, Earthcore In The Park will have five stages, art installations, market stalls, workshops, performances and other mischief to keep you rocking throughout the day and into the night. Joining international favourites on the main stage will be Infected Mushroom (live/Israel), Raja Ram (1200 Mics/Shpongle) and DJ Lucas (10 Kilo/UK) on the Pyramid of Cheops Mainfloor will be D-Ko (live/Brisbane), Zenergy (live), Rhythm & Spice (Bollywood Dreams Set) and Dr Jane (Dirty Donkey/Sydney). Elephant Traks Hilltop Band stage provides live sounds courtesy of The Herd, Hermitude and Tzu, plus local DJs Diafrix, Papa Stylee and Luke McD. The Broken Beat Assault rinses out the dnb rhythms with DJ SS + Warren G (UK), Chris Su (Hungry), Future Prophecies (live/Norway) and locals Lex, Finna, Safire, Keir, Kallous, Blanco, Tobias J vs Teilhard and Dabeata (live). Funktion-One Electribe Green Stage powered with solar panels and wind generators will feature locals Chunky, Jayson Holden, Mr Peculiar (live), Andycan, Krusty, Kundalini, Tony Loucas and Miss Maxo on tech and electro beats. G.O.D. & Smile Hard Dance stage will feature the deck/FX/scratch wizard DJ Ilogik (UK) plus Raving Alco vs Gazmatron, JFX, Karpe-Dm, Stevie B, Ben Kakoschke, St Luke, Scott Alert and Jewelz. Earlybird tickets are still on sale for $65 + BF from the Earthcore website of $85 general admission from Ticketmaster and the usual outlets.
