Although DJ Pierre won’t be releasing his debut solo artists album until May, from the originally planned March, it hasn’t stopped the popular American DJ announcing his intention to tear it up at the Phamily - (This is House-Part 2) WMC party.
The night, which takes place on Saturday March 25th, will be held at new South Beach hotspot Madiba. Known for its plush décor and safari day beds the venue will play host to DJ Pierre (DJP Records), Roy Davis Jr. (Ubiquity Records) and Manny Cuevas (aka DJ M-TRAXXX) all dropping their house grooves over two rooms.
DJ Pierre’s solo album, the ‘Afro Acid Project’ has had its release date pushed back from March to May 2006 due to a strong reaction to the advance material and the DJP Records/King Street Sounds label keen to sort out worldwide licensing prior to it hitting shelves. 1 Comment
