Dining), is home to some of the best evening parties throughout conference week, but one party at the award winning venue that offers something slightly different is 'Breakfast In B.E.D’. Such is the esteem with which the WMC B.E.D parties are held, when RA spoke to venue marketing manager Helen Clarke even she expressed being overawed during conference week:
although bed is visited by many celebrities year-round, the time I did find myself truly starstruck was the first time Danny Howells played and the room was filled with the world's pre-eminent dj's. I looked around and they were all here... Sasha, Deep Dish, Oakenfold, Pete Tong, Carl Cox... it was quite a moment. i got goosbumps.
Taking place on Sunday Morning from 9:00am – 4:00pm the event, which also doubles as Thump Radio’s annual showcase, is for those keen to avoid the sun rise after a hectic Saturday nights festivities. Artists like D:FUSE (live), w/ Sen-sei on keyboards and Mike Hiratzki on guitar, Andrew Phelan w/ Origami & Audio Angel live on vocals add flavour to the varied line-up. Alongside them are DJ’s Luis Baro, Kramer, Mike Gianinni. Wake up and smell the coffee, its B.E.D time.
American Drum’n’Bass DJ/Prodcuer Dieselboy has been in studio lockdown of late, putting the final touches to his latest project. His laboratory creation is entitled ‘The Human Resource’.
