Pier Bucci, 3 Channels, Lee Van Dowski and Etiop have all breathed new life into Jacek Sienkiewicz's 'Time Starts Now' on Recognition Recordings.
The original version of 'Time Starts Now' was released on Recognition back in November last year and this latest set of remixes is the sixteenth release for the Warsaw-based label owned by Jacek Sienkiewicz.
Jacek Sienkiewicz is the Polish DJ and producer who has had releases on Trapez, Klang Elektronik and Sven Vath’s seminal Cocoon imprint - ‘Techne’ (2002), 'Dream Machine EP'(2004) and 'Displaced' (2004) . His music is hard, industrial, eerie and compact but deeply original. Having produced a steady output of original techno music over the last few years, Sienkiewicz has cemented his musical ideas without paying much attention to current fads or trends, while still respecting the roots of techno.
This latest release from Sienkiewicz is autonomous and genuine with compact, tight samples distorted into chords of nightmarish fever which evolve and progress. For this remix package, Sienkiewicz has called upon Crosstown Rebel's Pier Bucci, Trapez and Trenton Records' 3 Channels, Num's Lee Van Dowski and Polish producer Etiop.
Jacek Sienkiewicz - 'Time Starts Now Remixes' is out now on Recognition Recordings.
