Home to labels Traum, Trapez and MBF, the seven-year old Traum stable will host two parties in Cologne as part of the Cologne Pop Festival taking place August 23-26. This year Traum has been championing the neu-prog of Minilogue and Linus Quick, Shane Berry's static techno plus more straight up minimal techno from Alex Under. It's also seen releases from key artists Dominik Eulberg, Cosmic Sandwich and Riley Reinhold. Both parties will give festival goers a chance to see many of the artists who have helped shape the sound of each of the labels.
The first of the label nights will showcase MBF artists at Westpol Gewölbe on Friday, August 25th. The night will feature live performances from Cosmic Sandwich and Remute as well as DJ sets from Break 3000, Markus Müller and Salz.
On Saturday, August 26th the Traum/Trapez party will be held at the Sensor Club. Previous RA podcast picks Dominik Eulberg and Oliver Hacke will spin alongside label co-owner Triple R and a live set from Alex Under. Expect quirky visuals from Yvette "rave bunny" Klein.
