Londoners have a chance to catch a big DJ in a small venue when Poker Flat label boss
Steve Bug plays The Key this Saturday.
As a DJ, Bug is regarded as a master of minimal tech house, always straddling the fine line between breaking new sounds and keeping the floor moving. He’s also head of leading labels Poker Flat, Dessous and Audiomatique, releasing the likes of Trentemoller, John Tejada and Martin Landsky.
The party will showcase the release of Bug’s latest mix ‘Bugnology 2’, which has received wide acclaim for joining the dance dots between the deep house of Charles Webster and the techno of Someone Else. Bug always has his eyes peeled for both the big records and the small ones, so expect some familiar tunes as well as new discoveries.
Joining Bug and his Mac in the intimate main room at The Key are
Kos and
Tom Budden.
