- Dance music guru Moby's best of is slated for release in November. Taster single ‘New York, New York’ features Debbie Harry on vocals.
Dance music guru Moby releases his ‘Go: The Very Best of Moby’ compilation 6th November, 2006 on Mute.
One of electronic music's most visible and talked-about figures, Moby's career has taken many musical twists and turns, but you won’t find any UHF or Voodoo Child tracks here, or even much from his rock and ambient incarnations, most of the tracks are culled from the million sellers ‘Play’, ‘18’ and ‘Hotel’.
The album does features one new track, a collaboration with Debbie Harry from Blondie entitled ‘New York, New York’. This track was written and recorded over the summer in Manhattan and will be released as a single on 23rd October 2006.
