James Zabiela will bring his gizmos, mash-ups and light sabers to the Global Breakthrough clubbing tour in Cape Town, South Africa next February.

Global Breakthrough is a series of club events taking place at exotic locations in Cape Town from February 17 to March 3 next year. The schedule will include at least eight events hosted by labels such as Renaissance, Global Underground, Toolroom, Azuli and Defected and promoters Pushca, The Diamond Club and Push.

Latest addition to the line-up is decks, effects and dalek king James Zabiela who will bring his scratchtastic fusion of breaks, house and techno to the Renaissance party tipped to take place at either a castle, 14th century manor or film studio on February 23, 2007. Want to know what JZ is spinning these days? Proton Radio currently have his latest promo mixes available for on-demand streaming.

Other confirmed internationals for Global Breakthrough include Pokerflat head honcho Steve Bug, Notting Hill carnival favourite Norman Jay, deep house kings Âme, Lee Burridge, Cass, MoS and Toolroom DJ/producer Mark Knight, Circoloco resident and Peace Division member Clive Henry, Tall Paul and Shane Watcha.

There are still further line-up announcements to come but here's the list of parties so far:
