The Miami Winter Music Conference closes out with a bit of last minute shopping this year – a record fair. The first annual International Record Collectors Show will be held at the main WMC site on the last day of the conference from midday to 6 p.m.
You can buy, sell or trade at the fair, or just walk around in a daze recovering from the night before. The blurb says they’re covering “all genres”, which is a bit of a worry – we hope there aren’t stacks and stacks of Billy Joel’s Greatest Hits to wade through. Still, the dealers will be reputable, and the show will provide listening stations, so expect a room full of dance music, diggers and DJs looking to lighten the load before they hop on the plane home.
