Lazy Fat Swiss: Lausanne club The Loft have a three hour set from local neo-trance heroes Lazy Fat People [Border Community, Wagon Repair] to download. Lazy Fat People’s latest single ‘Pixel Girl’ is out on Carl Craig’s Planet E label – we can’t trainspot it in the set though because we haven’t heard the 12” yet! Future boogie: Sonar Kollectiv’s Jazzanova are moving breakbeat forward: DJ Shadow, International Pony and a great Henrik Schwarz remix of Jesse Rose’s ‘Stop, Look & Listen’ head up this mind-expanding rethink of broken beat over at futureboogie. via: www.earplug.cc My name is Luke: Latest volume in the Fabric series is a stomping mix of machine funk and techno mixed by Luke Slater in the club's Room 2 back in November which should warm up your speakers. Slater has recorded a one-hour radio mix for the Fabric show on DJBroadcast.fm as a preview to the release. Tune in Saturday 3pm-4pm GMT+1. Christian values: San Francisco house n’ grind DJ Christian Martin has a new promo mix up at Dirtybird’s website. Lots of big tunes on this one: Jimpster, Cobblestone Jazz, Minilogue, the new Buttrich remix of Tracey Thorn, plus a couple of cuts by Dirtybird head Claude VonStroke. Bumpin’. Talking Turkey: Istanbul techno DJ Onur Özer [Vakant] tones it down for Mary Anne Hobb’s experimental show this week on Radio 1, with a downtempo mix boasting cuts from Shackleton, Cornell Campbell and Pink Floyd, alongside MAH’s crazy ass voice and dubstep selections. The mix stays up for one week.
