UK duo Groove Armada are touring Oz, NZ and the UK in support of their latest album. ‘Soundboy Rock’ will arrive in late April.

Groove Armada fans have been waiting a while for this one: their previous longplayer (‘Lovebox’) came out way back in 2002. “It's not a flawless record, but I do think it's a very good record,” says Tom Findlay. “I'm particularly excited about the way it's going live.”

In the late nineties, the duo used to be a favourite of chillout compilations, but these days their going for a more electric sound. Check the evidence on the first single from the album ‘Get Down’ (warning: contains rampant bunny sex) out on April 30th. Oh, and look out for Henrik B and Calvin Harris remixes on the flip.

‘Soundboy Rock’ tracklist

1. Hasta Luego Mr. Fab
2. Get Down
3. The Things We Could Share
4. Save Our Soul
5. What’s Your Version?
6. Paris
7. Love Sweet Sound
8. The Girls Say

11. Drop That Thing

Groove Armada are taking the album out on the road around Australia, New Zealand and the UK over the next couple of months. “If anyone sees me on a flight to New Zealand, don't try to disturb me, cos I'm going to be comatose for 26 hours,” says Tom. “I'm gonna watch a movie, have a glass of red wine and then pump myself full of valium and forget about it.”
