Decisions decisions as two of the heavyweights of techno play competing parties in London on Saturday July 21. Can you say joint afters?
It’s a minimal wet dream for M_nus lovers as Richie Hawtin showcases basically his entire roster at an as yet unknown location put on by the fine folks at Lost. Meanwhile, not to be outdone, Fabric calls in some of the top innovators of the techno, dubstep and house scene with Ricardo Villalobos leading the charge.
The full line-up of Lost is pretty maximal really: Richie Hawtin, Magda and Troy Pierce will DJ and Marc Houle, Heartthrob and Gaiser are doing live P.As. In the other corner, Fabric's night features Villalobos plus a live set from Monolake in room one; The British Murder Boys and dubsteppers Digital Mystikz in room two, and Omar S and DJ Kaos taking care of the house in room 3.
The Lost night runs til 7 a.m., while Fabric is open til 9 a.m. Some cities would kill to have line-ups like these come around once a year, let alone two on the same night. Choose wisely.
